Travel Crush Sweeps – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility

The Travel Crush Sweeps ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have attained the age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry. A valid Travel Crush game account is required only for those entering through gameplay. Participants entering via the alternate method (e.g., Facebook) must use a public profile or provide sufficient contact information to allow Sponsor to reach them if selected.

Employees (and their immediate family and household members) of BebopBee, Inc. ("Sponsor") and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 2 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on Aug 5th, 2025, and ends at 1 PM PT on Aug 31st, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's server is the official time-keeping device for these Sweepstakes. No entries will be accepted before the official start time. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is by law.

3. How to Enter

a. In-Game Method – No Purchase Necessary

Players can earn entries into the Sweepstakes by collecting Golden Tickets within the 'Travel Crush: Match 3' mobile game. Golden Tickets are awarded for completing puzzle levels. Certain in-app purchases may also include bonus Golden Tickets; however, no purchase is necessary to earn Golden Tickets.

Golden Tickets have no cash value, cannot be traded or transferred, and serve only as a progress tracker for sweepstakes entry eligibility.

Eligible players who accumulate the following number of Golden Tickets during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry into the corresponding prize drawing:

Prizes will be fulfilled via pre-paid Visa or Mastercard gift cards, which winners may use toward flights, hotels, or any other travel or non-travel expense. Sponsor does not provide travel booking services or make guarantees about actual pricing or availability. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer.

Players who reach multiple thresholds will receive one entry for each applicable prize tier. A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per participant. If selected for more than one prize, the highest-tier prize will be awarded and lower-tier entries disqualified.

b. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – No Purchase Necessary

To ensure legal compliance and fair equivalency with in-game entry effort, the following Alternate Methods of Entry (AMOE) are established for each prize tier of the Travel Crush Sweeps:

General Requirements (Applicable to All Prize Tiers):

To enter without playing the game, eligible participants may post comments on the official Travel Crush Facebook page during the Sweepstakes Period as per the requirements below for each prize tier.

AMOE Requirement: Prize #3: $250 Cash

➡️ Completing all 5 consecutive days = 1 valid entry into the Prize #3 drawing.

AMOE Requirement: Prize #2 – Road Trip (Up to $800)

➡️ Completing all 10 consecutive days = 1 valid entry into the Prize #2 drawing.

AMOE Requirement: Prize #1 – Trip to Paris for 2 (Up to $2,000)

➡️ Completing all 15 consecutive days = 1 valid entry into the Prize #1 drawing.

Participants may enter once per prize tier via AMOE (up to 3 entries total). Maximum one prize per person.

4. Entry Limits and Conditions

Participants may only enter the Sweepstakes using one method - either through gameplay or via AMOE - not both. Attempts to enter through both will result in disqualification of all entries.

All prizes (Cash, Road Trip, and Paris Trip for 2) will be fulfilled via pre-paid Visa or Mastercard gift cards, issued digitally or physically at the discretion of the Sponsor.

Multiple entries via gameplay are allowed if additional thresholds are reached. AMOE and in-game entries are treated equally for random drawing purposes. Any attempt to obtain entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations, or logins, or through fraud or other improper means, may void all of your entries and disqualify you.

5. Drawings and Winner Notification

Before awarding any prize, the potential winner must complete and return a W-9 tax form (for prizes valued at $600 or more), provide valid government-issued ID, and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, as requested by Sponsor. Failure to do so within the designated time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

On or about September 15, 2025, Sponsor will conduct three (3) random drawings - one for each prize tier - from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will first verify entry eligibility and reserves the right to adjust the drawing date if additional time is needed for compliance or validation purposes.

Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform from which the entry originated (or via in-game email messaging, if applicable). Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) days and may be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and W-9 tax form (if applicable). If any winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prizes (Total: 3)

Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all prizes: $3,050 USD.

All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed cards, or for any costs exceeding the face value of the awarded gift card. Limit one (1) prize per person.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, social media handle, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Winners will be required to submit a short video of themselves receiving the prize and stating: 'I won this Prize Pack of [Prize] by playing Travel Crush! Go download today!' Sponsor reserves the right to edit and use this video for promotional purposes, including in-game and on social media

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with the receipt of prizes. For prizes valued at $600 or more, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or 1099-NEC, and winners will be required to complete a W-9 form and may be asked to verify their identity via government-issued photo ID.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims or causes of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) unauthorized human intervention; (iv) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; or (v) any errors in administration or announcement of prizes. In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Prizes are awarded 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Sweepstakes and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington. By participating, entrants consent to the jurisdiction of those courts for such purposes.

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use of any prize, or violation of these Official Rules.

11. Winners List

For the name(s) of the winner(s), send a direct message to the official Travel Crush Facebook page or write an email to support@bebopbee.com with Subject line "Winners List" no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Sweepstakes.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

This sweepstakes structure has been reviewed for compliance with U.S. federal and state sweepstakes laws, including the Equal Dignity Rule. The Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) outlined for each prize tier has been carefully designed to reflect a level of time and effort equivalent to the gameplay-based entry thresholds. The effort required via Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) - 5, 10, and 15 consecutive days of selfie image or video comments for Prize #3, Prize #2, and Prize #1, respectively - is reasonably equivalent to the estimated gameplay time required to earn the same number of in-game Golden Tickets. All AMOE entries are free, do not require app download or purchase, and are treated with equal weight in prize selection. The sweepstakes also ensures participants may only enter through one method - either gameplay or AMOE - not both - maintaining fairness and simplicity. Participants who do not wish to enter through gameplay may use the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE). AMOE entries are submitted via public comments on Facebook and must comply with the specific requirements below per prize tier. Participants may only enter once per prize tier using AMOE and may not use both AMOE and in-game methods.
